호주 주문은 월요일부터 금요일까지 접수 후 24시간 이내에 저희 창고팀으로 배송되어 픽업 및 포장을 진행합니다. 특별 배송 요청 사항이 있으시면 주문서에 기재해 주시기 바랍니다. 호주 내 저희의 배송 파트너는 호주 우체국이며, 주 2회 수거합니다. 주문이 발송되면 주문과 연결된 이메일과 휴대폰 번호로 배송 추적 번호를 안내해 드립니다.
배송과 관련된 모든 알림을 관리하고 수신할 수 있도록 Australia Post 앱을 다운로드하여 추적 번호를 확인하고 수신하는 것이 좋습니다.
해외 주문(미국 제외)은 DHL을 통해 바로사에 있는 당사 창고에서 국제 운송 파트너에게 매주 배송됩니다.
모든 국제 주문은 해외 주소로 배송되는 경우 세금이 면제됩니다.
수입 관세, 세금 또는 중개 수수료는 제품 가격이나 배송 및 취급 비용에 포함되지 않습니다. 적용되는 관세 또는 세금은 수취인의 책임이며, 상품 수령 전에 문의하실 수 있습니다. 추가 비용이 적용되는지 확인하려면 해당 국가의 세관에 문의하시기 바랍니다.

Australia Post
All domestic orders are despatched by our office team to the warehouse within 24hours of your order being received Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, for them to pick and pack.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please ensure these are noted on your order. Our preferred delivery partner in Australia is Australia Post, who collect from us twice a week.
You will receive a tracking number via the email and mobile phone number associated to your order, once the order has been dispatched.
It is recommended to view and receive tracking numbers you download the Australia Post app, to manage & ensure that you receive all notifications regarding delivery.
USA
Get Freighted
Orders are dispatched monthly via our freight partner, Get Freighted. All orders receive Australian tax-free pricing in AUD and the freight cost calculated at checkout includes American import duties and taxes. Please note shipment costs are calculated in 12 bottle increments.
All USA orders are consolidated and air freighted to the Get Freighted California based warehouse where they will then be delivered via UPS to your door. Two Hands Wines is not responsible for any additional freight charges that may occur due to non-delivery or change of delivery address once dispatched. All orders to the USA are subject to a 10% tariff and this will be charged by Two Hands Wines to the receiver. Once your order is scheduled to leave Australia, you will be contacted by Get Freighted informing you of an estimated delivery date, which is generally 2 to 3 weeks from date of contact.

All other countries are dispatched weekly from our warehouse in the Barossa to our international shipping partner via DHL and are express shipments.
All international orders receive Australian tax-free pricing in AUD when being delivered to an overseas address.
Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. Any applicable duties or taxes are the recipient’s responsibility and may be requested before receiving your goods. We suggest that you check with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional costs apply.
