Vineyard Operator
Full-time position
Working across the diverse landscapes of the Barossa and Eden Valleys, you will play a critical role in growing premium fruit for one of Australia’s finest labels. You’ll have access to a state-of-the-art fleet, including a brand-new Fendt tractor, ensuring you have the most reliable and precise tools for the job.
Ideally you will have:
• Certificate III or above in Grape Growing or be willing to undertake accredited training as part of your role
• 3+ years of hands on vineyard experience and be competent in the basics of vineyard operation
• ChemCert Accreditation
• Valid Driver’s license
• Willing to learn and implement new skills
• Work within the safety guidelines of Two Hands Wines

Sales Administrator (Export and Domestic)
Full-time position
This is a pivotal role that supports both our export and domestic sales operations. You will be instrumental in facilitating sales processes, managing customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Processing sales orders from both export and domestic clients with accuracy and efficiency
- Managing customer enquiries and providing responsive support to maintain strong client relationships
- Preparing quotations, invoices, and other sales documentation in compliance with company procedures
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales databases
- Handling administrative tasks related to wine export documentation and compliance requirements
2027 Vintage Cellar Hands
Casual positions
We're seeking enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking Vintage Cellar Hands with an Australian Forklift Licence to join our team for the 2027 harvest. The vintage team is expected to commence in January 2027, with employment continuing through until late April, subject to seasonal requirements.
Duties include: Operating forklifts during grape intake, Wine transfers and blending, Barrel work, Grape receival and juice processing, Operating and cleaning winery equipment
No experience? No worries! If you're enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to learn, we want you on board. If you've worked in hospitality, farming, or other hands-on roles, that's a bonus.
Ideal candidates will possess:
A valid Forklift licence and forklift experience. Physical fitness. Ability to work shifts and weekends. A genuine passion for wine and winemaking. A positive attitude, sense of humour and team-first approach. Your own reliable transport. Availability for the full vintage period (February to April 2027). At least 18 years of age by 31 January 2027
