We strive to produce wines that reflect their origin, meaning that they show the characteristics that we associate with the regions and vineyard sites from where the fruit was sourced. Our wines are selected through a process of barrel classification – selecting the very best barrels for the Flagship range followed by the Single Vineyard Series, Garden Series and then our Picture Series.

April News 2026

April at Two Hands is all about vintage, where the 2026 wines begin their journey. Unlike last year’s early finish, we’re past the halfway mark, a reminder that no two seasons are ever the same. In the winery, long days are filled with fruit intake, fermentation and careful extraction. In the vineyard, our staff picking day at Holy Grail brought the whole team together. Cellar Door was lively through Easter and Gather Round, while the Nature Trail is now open for self guided walks. Events continue to build, with Good Food & Wine Show just around the corner.

Invenienda 2026 Begins - The Clos Block Harvest

On Thursday 9 April, The Clos at our Holy Grail Vineyard was handpicked, marking the beginning of the 2026 Invenienda Shiraz. This small, meticulous block of Shiraz represents years of precision viticulture and thoughtful site selection. Each vintage starts here, with fruit carefully harvested and guided through a slow, deliberate winemaking journey. What follows is a process of refinement, patience and uncompromising selection, where only the finest parcels remain. With release anticipated in five years’ time. A quiet beginning for what will become something truly exceptional.

We’re packing our bags and hitting the road again, bringing Two Hands to the table through a calendar of wine dinners, pop up tastings and appearances at the Good Food & Wine Shows. You’ll find the team pouring wines and sharing stories in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and Canberra, as well as closer to home in Barossa and Adelaide.
