The Barossa Valley’s continental climate brings hot summer days and cool nights, while its rolling hills and valleys create a patchwork of microclimates. Deep red clay soils help produce Shiraz with plush dark fruit, spice, chocolate and savoury complexity, balanced by soft tannins and a smooth, satisfying finish.
