Vines: Grenache 92 year old vines untrellised and unirrigated
Winemaking: Hand picked fruit, de-stemmed, not crushed, 15% whole bunch, cold soaked, natural fermentation, punched down, 16 days on skins, light pressings.
Maturation: 500 litre Frech oak and stainless steel puncheons for 9 months
