This role is required to assist with the daily operations of the Two Hands Cellar Door and hosting guest tastings. Previous Cellar Door or Hospitality experience preferred.

Key Duties include:
– Hosting of guests for Wine Tastings in the Cellar Door
– Represent Two Hands as an ambassador and be the face of the company
– Monitor and record visitor numbers and customer profiles

General Duties Include:
– Daily cash reconciliation and banking
– Manage opening and closing of the cellar door on a daily basis
– Process cellar door sales via the POS system as required.
– Record, restock and maintain inventory at cellar door.
– Carry out administrative duties including inquiries & bookings as required.
