Warehouse Team

Production and WHS Senior Manager

In this senior role, you will be responsible for planning and managing the packaging of our exquisite wines across our entire portfolio. Your expertise will guide the design implementation and foster strong supplier relationships. We’re looking for a highly motivated and organised professional who thrives under pressure while adapting to the fast-paced environment of a luxury producer. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will be crucial in collaborating with our stakeholders to ensure production cycles meet our high-quality standards. You will work closely with our sales, winery teams, and suppliers to maintain our commitment to outstanding customer service. Additionally, you will oversee the administration of environmental, health, and safety management across our business. This includes developing procedures and training programs. You will also manage our quality management standard (ISO 9001) to ensure Two Hands Wines remains aligned with international production standards.

Sales Team

Cellar Door Casuals

This role is required to assist with the daily operations of the Two Hands Cellar Door and hosting guest tastings. Previous Cellar Door or Hospitality experience preferred.

Key Duties include:
– Hosting of guests for Wine Tastings in the Cellar Door
– Represent Two Hands as an ambassador and be the face of the company
– Monitor and record visitor numbers and customer profiles

General Duties Include:
– Daily cash reconciliation and banking
– Manage opening and closing of the cellar door on a daily basis
– Process cellar door sales via the POS system as required.
– Record, restock and maintain inventory at cellar door.
– Carry out administrative duties including inquiries & bookings as required.
