Each year since 1988, Wine Spectator has released its Top 100 list, where their editors select the most exciting wines from the thousands they’ve reviewed over the course of that year. These wines are a diverse group ranging from emerging labels and regions to traditional estates exploring new directions — and all generate the excitement they refer to as the “X-factor”.
We are proud to announce that Two Hands have secured a well-deserved place amongst this prestigious collection of wines of the year, with the 2014 Lily’s Garden McLaren Vale Shiraz ranking at number 71. Lily’s Garden features as one of only three Australian wines in the 2016 list.
Based on quality, value, availability and excitement, the 2016 Top 100 is the twelfth appearance of Two Hands Wines in fourteen years, an achievement not rivalled by any other winery in the world.

2014 Lily’s Garden McLaren Vale Shiraz
Notes of espresso and toasted hazelnut are rich and thick, with mocha-accented tannins that lend a velvety backdrop to the polished blackberry, liquorice and black cherry flavours, lingering generously on the long finish. Drink now through 2030.
